Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand our client base, and identify strategic opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors.
  • This role is ideal for a professional with 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or corporate business development who is eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities and leads in the real estate and construction market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Present property offerings, investment opportunities, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement campaigns that drive client acquisition.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and business development strategies for senior management.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships professionally.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector and property market trends is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Minimum: Intermediate levelability to use Google Workspace
