We are seeking the service of a qualified Personal Assistant to CEO as follow:

Job Description

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • BSc/ HND in Secretarial Administration or Office Management and Technology with 2 - 3 years post NYSC experience in executive support to management.
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have verbal and written articulacy, professional discretion, efficiency, well-developed time management and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters is required.
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
  • Must be a female.
  • Manage and maintain CEO’s diary and email 
  • Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the CEO.
  • File management.
  • Provide a service that is in line with the CEO’s work habits and references and ensure guest meetings with the CEO are well taken care of.
  • Any other duty as assigned and in line with the attached protocol.
